FotoVisura selects only the best to judge their Outstanding Personal Photography Project.  Every year, FotoVisura, an  international self publishing community & resource center for art & documentary photography, hosts a grant project.  The project is also a library and search engine for editors, curators, collectors and lovers of art and photography. Not to mention a valuable, life-changing tool for budding photographers.

This year, grants went to 1st place winner Andrea Gjestvang (below), 2nd place Poulomi Basu and 3rd place Elizabeth D. Herman.
