Allison Torneros Isn’t your average canvas painter, instead she is creating a renaissance with an interesting; striking art channeled through her alter-ego Hueman. Torneros get her inspiration in a sporadically onset but nature, dreams and her environment. Allison Torneros recently held an exhibit called “Ritual” at Think Tank Gallery in downtown Los Angles. For the “Ritual” she collaborated with a break dancers, calligraphers, songwriters and carpenters. If the group wasn’t interesting enough, Hueman then took what she observed from each craftsman and created work of her own. The freedom in her style is partly due to not creating boundaries for her work. “When I dare to go outside of my comfort zone I feel more human, and I hope to inspire others to do the same.” she said.
This video is a glimpse of the artist in her own raw element.
