With a little over a month before the March 31st deadline, OPEN SHOW presents NY Health Insurance Exchange – a talk about health insurance options led by the health navigator and Director of Health Services Eastern Region, Renata Marinaro. The event aims to give the facts about different kinds of health insurance available, find which one is actually fit for you, answer questions about requirement for subsidies, insurance for children to be applied separately, pros and cons of each types of insurance. One-on-one consultations are also offered by insurance navigators to give you a more personalized attention to their insurance concerns. Prior to attending the event, participants are asked to make an account for the NY Health Insurance Exchange and complete the Tax and Credit Premium Estimators. Interested attendees are encouraged to sign up as soon as possible for capacity is limited.
