You might think the title a bit of an overstatement, but when Google made this advertisement, they really went for what it meant to be a member of society in 2014. They perfectly captured the emotions of what we as a people had done in the last year, who we had seen and what we had lost. Well done Google, this is an excellent tribute to 2014.

If you didn’t notice it the first time through, watch it again. You know editing is at its best when you don’t notice it unless you’re really trying.
