In the next Photoshop CC update, Adobe will release some pretty interesting technology, taking away your worries about possible white areas when editing pictures – “content-aware-crop,” as the company calls it. Computer generated content will fill in those areas, so you don’t lose important parts of your pictures when you crop and rotate or expand your canvas beyond the image’s original size.


In a 1.5-minute video, product manager Stephen Nielsen offers a sneak peek on how it will work – see above. “You asked for it and we are delivering,” the company adds on their website. An exact date for the release of this ” just one of the cool new features […] as part of an upcoming major release” remains unknown.
