Catering Event at Ramscale Loft

dsc_0614.JPGdsc_0643.JPGdsc_0582.JPG

On Wednesday evening, Resource Magazine hosted an exclusive event at the Ramscale Studios for 30 NYC photo producers, who got to sample what some notable local chefs had to offer. The sun drenched loft space had breathtaking views of TriBeCa and Greenwich Village, but guests took in the cool evening outside on the terrace overlooking the Hudson River.

Christophe Barbier, chef and owner of Nova Catering, served up a delicious ginger cocktail, sliders, and miniature seasonal fruit tarts, pies, torte and other gourmet finger foods

David Wiesner of Monterone Catering prepared a feast of cracked black pepper tuna with sicilian caponata, Mediterranean lamb stew with couscous, grilled market vegetables, and chocolate mousse for dessert.

Thanks to everyone who helped! It was a delicious affair!
