The Sweeney Art Gallery and the Culver Center of Arts, CA, are exhibiting a 44’-2″ feet high by 79’-6″ feet deep by 161’-6″ feet wide traditional gelatin-silver black and white image registered in the Guinness World Records and estimated $65,000!
Created in 2006 by artists Jerry Burchfield, Mark Chamberlain, Jacques Garnier, Rob Johnson, Douglas McCulloh and Clayton Spada and 400 volunteers, it was made in a craft hangar transformed into a gigantic camera obscura –the largest camera ever made.
