About 4 years ago, Google sent out a bunch of electric cars, each of them bearing nine cameras on a single pole. This was done for the new Google feature, called “Street View” which allows people to see any highway or street address in the world on their Google Maps. These cars went on every street, highway and byway in the world and photographed everything along the way, capturing a few interesting images.
