We just read a post on aphotoeditor blog about Twitpic. TechCrunch EU announced that Twitpic, the photo-sharing app for Twitter that many people use, established a partnership with news agency WENN to sell the images people posted.
According to thenextweb.com, picplz, Color, yFrog, Instagram and Flickr, have similar clauses to those of Twitpic.
